Oatmeal breakfast

Ingredients

  • 70g oats

  • 1 pepper banana

  • 1 apple

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

  • 350ml water or any nut milk

  • Topping (optional): fruit - kiwi, blueberry; seeds – chia, dried/roasted nuts; granola

Steps

Preparation:

  1. Dice apple

  2. Crush bananas


Cooking:

  1. Turn on the stove to medium heat, put the oats, water/nut milk and sliced apples into the pot. Stir well, after 5 minutes the oats will start to simmer*.

  2. When boiling, add the mashed banana + 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder**. Stir well and turn off the stove

  3. Add topping / side dishes *** as you like

  4. Mix well


Notes:

  • *Oats cook pretty quickly, so start over medium heat to avoid boiling and overflowing

  • **The cinnamon powder not only makes this recipe more delicious, but also helps neutralize the sugar in the fruit

  • *** You may not need this part, but for me, adding fruit and nuts outside is not only delicious and also adds more nutrition for a more perfect breakfast.
