Ingredients
1 bottle gourd
2 eggs
1 shallot
Green onions, dill
Salt, pepper
Steps
Preparing
Thinly sliced shallot.
Chop green onion, dill into 2" size
Peel bottle gourd skin and thinly sliced
Beat the egg
Cooking
Heat 1 tbsp of oil on medium heat, when wok is hot, quickly stir-fry the beaten eggs for 30 secon to 1 minutes. Remove from heat (Do not overcook, because they will stir fry again later)
Use same wok, heat 1 tbsp of oil on medium heat and add shallot. Stir fry until it fragnant. (2 minutes)
Add bottle gourd in the wok, add salt to taste. Stir until the gourd is slightly soft and turns slightly translucent. Return the scrambled eggs to the pan. Stir the gourd with eggs for 1-2 minutes
Add black pepper, green onion and dill, stir well and turn off the heat
